Nice staff. Doctor is very pleasant and seems smart. I appreciated that she was upfront and told me that sometimes it takes a few visits to work through a problem. I really wasn't sure what to expect after reading some other reviews but I'm glad I went in. It was a good experience.

Some I have met have called Dr. Schroeder a quack. They see her "absentmindedness" and demonize her. But I have seen the kindness and love in her eyes. She is not a quack. She cared about me.

My first visit with her was today. I had heard mixed reviews about her. Should have listened. I didn't felt heard or understood. I felt like I was wasting her time. Granted I was there because I needed help. I was not in my best mood- but I have never had a doctor tell me 'she doesn't have a magic wand and she didn't know what I expected her to do'. Then she prescribed med that causes itching- which I told her had been a problem with meds like this. The office staff was amazing!

Frustrated in Pinson AL – May 10, 2017

Staff was very kind and helpful. I had a bit of a wait time - about 15-20 min - but much better than the previous doctor I was seeing. The doctor listened to me and was very thorough with her follow up questions. Very satisfied with my care and I'll definitely be returning!

Calling in wrong medications, delays in referrals, stopping medications that should be winged off of. Saw them turn away a sick woman because not during walk in hours.
