Called for an appointment at 11 am with flu symptoms...given an appointment at 3:30 same day. An earlier Covid test was negative as was the rapid Seasonal Flu test give efficiently from my car at Dr Robbin's Wolf River St Francis Medical Clinic. Dr Robbins reviewed the results with me via video chat so bring you cell phone. She suggested that I retake the Covid test the next day and/or return to the clinic to retake the Seasonal Flu if symptoms were worse. I actually felt better the next morning but regressed later in the day. I took another Covid test that came back positive. I called the clinic after hours and spoke to their call service who took my information. Dr Robbins called me twenty minutes later (on her day off) and had Rx's sent to to my pharmacy minutes later. ABOVE AND BEYOND CARE...I'm extremely impressed and would recommend Dr Robbins, and her staff, to my family and friends.

Me and my family have seen Dr Robbins for years. Anytime someone asks me for a family doctor I always recommend her!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Dr. Robbins and her staff are outstanding, dedicated, and caring. She has been my daughters’ primary care doctor for over 12 years. When she moved her practice location further away, we stayed with her because we felt she was worth the extra commute. Dr. Robbins listens to my daughters’ various needs, does the research, makes the referrals (when necessary), and provides excellent care. She has earned my family’s trust and I would highly recommend Dr. Robbins and her staff.

She listens to concerns, answers questions, researches alternative options, and is easy to communicate with electronically. Both me and my daughter see her. She’s easy to engage with and super helpful.

Dr. Robins was thorough in her examination. Checking to see if I am up to date on mammograms, bone density, echocardiogram, exercise routine, etc.

My annual physical exam was as pleasant and complete as it could possibly have been. Dr. Robbins addressed all of my concerns with her usual friendly professionalism.

Dr Robbins take her time and she cares about her Patience and Hull staff is outstanding outstanding so I give them up down a 5 star I love my doctor.

Best doctor I’ve had in 57 years of life. Many doctors are skilled practitioners. Many are compassionate. Many value and consider patient input. Few do all 3. Dr. Robbins completes the triple crown. If I moved to Alaska, I’d keep her as my primary doc.

She was quick and efficient, but I still felt heard and helped.
