I scheduled with her because I suspected it to be a "female issue". I wish I had scheduled with Dr. Brown--he was always great about doing a physical exam just to see what's what. Dr. Paulissen did not touch me for a physical exam, or ask any other questions outside of my concerns, to rule out any other issues. I came in with pelvlc pain that I suspect to be from chronic ovarian cysts, but was concerned as I have had more bleeding and pain between the ovulation and period time; I have also had accompanied back pain and fatigue, and now radiating pain. She referred me to a gynecologist and said they would call me, and I could get my requested ultrasound that way. She did not do any physical exams to rule out any other conditions, which by the way would be an appendicitis or a gallbladder issue. I will most definitely chose Dr. Brown next time.

I went in for a sore throat, horrible cough to the point of almost vomiting, ear pain and horrible congestion. Her nurse looked at my throat and didn't see any spots. Then the Dr comes in. She barely took a look at my ears and had me take 4 deep breaths. Then had the nurse come back in to test for strep, which me and the nurse already knew i didn't have. She gave me a decongestant and that was it. She never looked in my nose or my mouth at all. She didn't seem like she listened to me at all.
