Drove from marin. Appointment name from Renee Coordinated visi. Probably the rudest doctor first saying she tried to cancel. I asked the front desk. No one knew about any cancelation. The ucsf program even asked me to confirm. I wish she had canceled because driving to Berkeley was inconvenient. I sat in parking lot for 5 hours to get my vision back leaving a challenging ec Xit but she was the most uniformed and patronizing visit I e ever had. Dismissed my vision problems after a bad car accident. I learned I have bad convergence and ocular motor issues. But getting any further solutions was useless. She was plain rude. I arrived home visual problems after her snd the intern Probably over did it. My eye had kaleidoscope images. Horrid! Did not care one ounce. So unprofessional I was disgusted! Her influence prevents me ftpm marin retina follow up. I still have flashes. Zero follow up.
