Great visit and always satisfied with my visit.
Dr Mora takes her time to address any of my concerns. She reviews your test results, medications and any concerns that you may have. I am very happy with how she follows up with any referrals that you may need in a timely manner. The office staff is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to interact with. I never have to wait too long to be seen usually 10 minutes.

I have been going to Dr. Mora a little over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a primary physician. She is very attentive, caring and professional and knowledgeable and she has a good personality which makes it easier to communicate with her. Her nurse practitioner Erin is also very attentive and caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a down to earth physician. Her staff are also very nice as well.

They made a huge mistake and tried to blame me!
I waited in a room for almost 45 mins when I finally went out and asked what was going on. Come to find out, PA Erin forgot I was there. When she came in, she didn't apologize but rather, acted as though I totally interrupted her. I asked her what happened and she said it wasn't her fault, that the front desk never informed her that I was there. Never even apologized. I explained how unacceptable that was and how I had been inconvenienced. I was upset but never got loud or raised my voice. I asked if we could just get on with it as I needed to return to work. She then asked what I needed. I mean, do you NOT have a schedule of patients you are going to see that day and look at their charts ahead of time? She was getting ruder with me and kept repeating, 'It's not my fault and she wasn't going to argue with me'. I wasn't trying to argue, just wanted her to understand that they were at fault. I told her I wouldn't be coming back and she told me the appt. was over and to leave the office.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Staff is RUDE, Dr. Mora will just sit in front of a computer and ask you questions, does not even physically touch you for an exam. IF you call the office and you are sick, they will not see you inside the office as they are afraid of COVID and tell you to go to CVS to have a test done. Wants every test done so she can bill the insurance company's, wants you to have labs at every visit, Dr. Mora is more about the money then caring for any patients. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - NOT WORTH IT

Exceptional Dr.
I was lucky to find Dr Mora after moving to Florida from MA seven years ago. With several family members being in the medical field my expectations were high. Dr. Mora has been amazing I was suffering from several issues and after a few blood test and supplements my issues improved significantly. She take the time time to listen to my questions and concerns, she is personable and easy to talk to. Blood is drawn onsite no need to go to waste time to go to a lab. The staff was an issue when I first started seeing her as she was sharing space and Staff with another Dr. The past couple of years staff is friendly and understanding. Waiting time is less the 15 min to see the Dr.. My son is also a patient and my daughter will switch over when she turns 18. I highly recommend Dr Mora for those who are looking for a honest and compassionate Physician in the south FL area.

Worst Staff
The front desk staff lies and is rude. They also do not send prescription requests into the pharmacy. The doctor’s will say one thing in consultation and do not follow through with the discussed medical treatment plan. Voicemails are not returned. I’ve been accused of being a liar by the staff and had to show proof with photo evidence. When provided evidence, they said they knew of the issue after for hrs they called me a liar and what I reported to them was not true. Every time I visit this office there is either a problem with communication, treatment plan, staff attitude, or prescriptions.

I am recent patient of Doctor Mora's practice (over a year) and see Erin at all times. Erin is a fantastic physician and always responds to my requests on time and with full explanation and recommendations. It is my outmost pleasure to recommend practice for doctors knowledge, compassion and care Yes, there were hickups with small things but, the practice employees (Nina) always took care of them on spot. Thank you doctor Mora and thank you, thank you Erin ??

Loved Dr. Mora and used her for years. She packs her schedule full and if you are a patient of hers you would not get an emergency appointment - her office staff is rude and think they know it all. Goodbye Dr. Mora it has been real - Before this week Dr. Mora got a 5-5 now she gets a 0-5. To revamp this office she needs new people working there as she is a good Doctor.

I agree with a previous reviewer, "She is a non touch doctor who likes to use tests to replace personal exams and physical touch." She likes to prescribe, but seems uninterested in the root causes of the patient's problem. I stopped going to her, but have not found a new primary care person.

I was warned before going to see her from another patient that call backs are non-existent but I went anyway. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appt for a first time patient. Then when I got there 10 minutes early for my appt, 3 people came in after me and was seen before me because the front desk girl was “still putting my information in the system”. It only took me 5 minutes to do the paperwork. After an hour and 15 minutes I was finally seen. Be prepared the girl at intake (young with glasses) is not nice, she is passive aggressive. Staff besides the front desk however seem to be really great especially the young man who took my blood and the nurse. Dr. Mora seems to be a very down to earth, common sense type of dr. She listened very well to all of my concerns and I am now in the process of getting various tests. Not sure I will see her again though, as they booked me with a nurse for my follow up appt.. Not cool, I could’ve seen her but I’d have to wait 45 days ??

I have an auto immune problem and a current sinus infection. Dr Mora and her staff refused to see me. She is a non touch doctor who likes to use tests to replace personal exams and physical touch. Not exactly what I need in a doctor anymore. She never notified patients of a loss of affiliation with Bethesda Hospitals. I would avoid using this office.

Went to her for HBP and all she wants to do is run tests..same tests the hospital ran a week earlier right before I got discharged. Brought all my test results to her for my first visit so I didn't have to go through the same tests. Got blood work done and could never get my results. Refused to give me any info over the phone. Said I had to make an appointment...Fast forward to Covid 19 Pandemic. Needed a refill for my HBP meds and the staff said I had to make an appointment and come in before I could get refills. I asked for a TeleHealth visit and the office said they do not do them. All this during the stay at home orders by the President and Governor. I called several times to speak with Dr. Mora and never received a call back. During my last visit she wanted to give me a Tetanus shot....I asked why and she asked me when was the last time you had one!!!! I am there for blood pressure meds, not because I run through fields covered in rusty nails in bare feet. Stay away!!!

Horrible practice! Charged for exam that never took place. With held test results that prolonged medical treatment which resulted in an ER and ICU visit. Refused to give me copy of my medical records. Refused referral for follow visit with specialist after medical procedure. Never answers the phone or calls back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mora for 2 1/2 years now. I have been extremely pleased with the medical care I have received at her office. She takes the time that is needed to do proper exams, and is very thorough. I consider myself lucky to have found such a great primary care doctor. I do not hesitate to recommend her.
