Dr. Melissa Lexier, MD

Dr Lexier seems nice if you can actually get in to see her. Do not use MyChart to schedule. I'm not even sure why they have it. Staff always calls and either send us to chkd or admonishes me for scheduling through MyChart bc my kid apparently needs more than a 15m appt. So they cancel my appointments. Currently going to finish out my child's vaccinations for this year and be done with them. Person from her office that called and spoke with me today made me feel like a horrible parent and that everything I'm doing is wrong. She disregarded my concern for my child and cancelled the appt I had just set up once again.

Dr. Lexier is a excellent physician and her quick and accurate assessment was instrumental in identifying a life threatening condition affecting my daughter. She contacted Kings Daughter and we had a room within 15 mins after arriving as walk ins. She referred us to a outstanding surgeon and coordinated a very smooth transition. 4 hours of surgery and 16 months later we have a perfectly heathly toddler being a toddler...:-) She will definitely remain our primary pediatrician.

Dr. Lexier and staff have taken great care of my 10 month old son. They go above and beyond and we couldn't be more pleased with the care.

Horrible Doctor & practice. My daughter ran a temp of 103. We called the office before work hours & spoke w/their on-call service. We described the symptoms & was told an ER visit was not necessary. We had an appt the same day for our other daughter. On-call nurse told us to take our sick daughter in at the same time as the scheduled appt. & she would handle the rest. I get there & the doctor personally refused to see our sick child & stated the on-call nurse did not represent them? Huh?
