Dr. Chinn is the GOAT, a golden GOAT at that!
Dr. Chinn is amazing. She is so knowledgeable, considerate, compassionate, kind, humble, and funny (when it's appropriate). She truly hears me, listens to everything, doesn't jump to conclusions, rather follows up with questions to get to the core of the issue and find a solution. She thinks outside and inside the box, and is the best doctor I've ever had. She truly is an advocate for my best health. Plus, she is ALWAYS on time, the staff she surrounds herself with are amazing, and the clinic itself is empowering and a joy to visit. When I read those negative reviews, I have to wonder if we are talking about the same Dr. Chinn, because that's never been an experience I've had with her or her staff. I'm finally experiencing my best health because of Dr. Chinn and I recommend her as the best doctor EVER to everyone!

Difficult Experience
I saw Dr. Chinn for an annual women's exam. During my exam, Dr. Chinn saw something she didn't recognize and was very dramatic about not knowing what it was. She also made several assumptions about my health and lifestyle (even though she had read the new patient paperwork I filled out), and used outdated medical terms (confirmed by my PCP) to tell me I likely had a certain condition but didn't order any labs or take steps to make a diagnosis. I later had a biopsy appointment and there was talk of 'treatment plans' and during the biopsy the assistant came in 2-3 times to tell Dr. Chinn the next patient was ready and waiting, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. When the results came back I was called in to discuss the labs and it was basically that all was normal. Each appointment was paid for out of pocket and it was very difficult financially and emotionally. I know the clinic has many 5 star reviews, but I just felt like my overall experience was unprofessional.

Told me I was just ovulating when I was in massive pain. Fast forward two years, some ER visits and a new OB later, total hysterectomy. She doesn't listen, care or follow up. Please save yourselves and find another "doctor"

I saw Dr. Chinn in Sept. of 2015 and she dismissed my extreme pain as ovulation. OVULATION! Here I am two years later having had a full hysterectomy due to ENDOMETRIOSIS... the adhesions were so bad from being neglected for two years that my laparoscopic surgery was changed to a hip to hip incision during the surgery, my intestines were stuck to my sacrum of all things! This woman should NOT practice medicine. She does not care for you or your health. Please save yourselves!!!!
