I waited several months to write my review regarding my care by Dr Brown before finally deciding to follow through. Initially I feel as though things started out fairly well, but after several months things began to fall through the cracks regarding my care. There was not adequate follow-up regarding my treatment which ultimately led to my being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. To make this even harder to accept was the fact that I was assured all along that everything was being managed properly AND protocol was being followed that would safeguard against my cancer spreading. Believe me when I say I know no Dr is perfect, but I believe the results would have been different had I been treated by ANY of the Drs that I have been seeing since stopping care with Dr Brown. All of the Drs I’ve been treated by at Monument health have been outstanding with the exception of her.

Dr. Brown completed the procedure with great skill and compassion for me as a patient. She was sure to explain what was happening and to warn me of any possible pain. The atmosphere in the room provided me with peace of mind that I was safe, and in the right hands. Her and her nursing staff were exceptional in their attention to my medical and post-op needs. I would recommend her to anyone needing anything regarding urology.

She was very thorough with testing and explaining everything to me. She was very friendly and down to earth with explaining things.
