She put in a fistula for a dialysis family member of mine. It was being used for a whole month, she took out the heart catheter last week. Come to find out the new fistula is incapable of returning enough blood though the vein, it was not done right and has to be redone while it is in use. Unacceptable for such a common vascular need. At least he didn't die.
