Do Not Trust Dr. Helman....
I was a patient of Dr. Helfman for many years, and on EVERY visit she pushed getting the Flu shot... I feel comfortable with the idea but went along with it because I trusted her. After all, she's is so 'friendly' and 'personable'. Then the COVID pandemic rolled in, this time she immediately pushed for that shot too. She dismissed my desire to discuss my concerns or answer my questions about this EXPERIMENTAL 'vaccine', much less did she care to offer any alternatives. This is when I stopped seeing her. And NOW (that more information on the so-called 'vaccine' and COVID in general has been released) I realize that NOT trusting her and refusing to take that shot was the smartest decision. She is nothing but a shill, holds no medical ethics, and is clearly only interested in whatever $$$ and professional gains she can make. She is a disgrace to the medical field and a culprit to why many people now distrust the entire medical field. Shame on you Dr. Helfman, shame on you!

Dr. Helfman is one of the best primary care physicians in Miami. I've been her patient for almost 10 years. She is kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable about her patients and medicine. She is very easy to talk to and answers questions completely and honestly. I highly recommend her.
