I feel that Dr. Andrews’s conduct fell far short of these expectations and may put other patients at risk. Throughout the consultation, I attempted several times to ask questions and express my concerns, but I was repeatedly interrupted and not allowed to speak. Dr. [Name] steamrolled the conversation, leaving me no choice but to sit and listen as she dominated the discussion. This lack of professionalism and patient-centered care only compounded my distress.
