Telehealth
The doctor itself is very good and knowledgeable, but the most unfriendly staff I ever seen on my life without any idea how to work with people and how to deal with insurance company, I strongly not recement to go there

Poor patient mgmt
The nurse at Rockville location simply forgot to enter the supplemental insurance data into the system. The doctor suggested me to contact their billing. I think it is their responsibility to handle patients info properly.After ultrasound, the doctor did not care to tell what kind of treatment I need or provide any printed or online info on it. Just said to make an appointment for I don't know what.Also, no info on compression stockings, I had to ask for it instead of getting the complete info package on checkout as Medstar does.I think Rockville office will benefit from some basic course on patient management.
