Dr Shiley no longer works for Elite Health Care. She needed time off and is starting her own practice My daughter Connie and I look forward to when Dr Shirley accepts Humana insurance again.

Finally I have a pcp that not only listens to my concerns & needs but has effectively managed my health care. I have seen good results like weight loss and feeling healthy. I haven't felt this well in over a decade. She's been quite a blessing.

I am privileged to have Dr. Shirley as my very skilled primary physician. Her staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive.

Dr Shirley is an excellent doctor who took the time to understand me a has put me on a road to better health. She takes time to know you and will work to ensure you can afford any prescriptions she gives you.

Dr Megan Shirley is thorough, she listens, she is informed and has a great demeanor with her patients. It is a blessing to have a doctor who is personable, trustworthy and caring. She is truly invested in the health of her patients. I’ve been under her care for three years. In that time, she has guided and coached me in awareness of high cholesterol and pre diabetes. I have my numbers in line now, have lost some weight and reduced the number of meds I need. Thank you Dr Shirley

Dr. Shirley was wonderful. She reviewed and added to my medical history, and explained things thoroughly. She was easy to talk to and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Her medical assistant was great. They take blood in the office which is a huge plus for those of us who work. Her office staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I have already recommended her to two friends. She and her staff earned an A+. I won't dread going to the doctor next year.

She actually went through all the info that I had filled out prior to the exam. She was very proactive in requesting diagnostics and providing alternative solutions to issues rather than medication if applicable. She was personable and I felt listened to.

Dr Shirley is an outstanding physician! She cares and guides you gently. She is very thorough in your offuce visits and keeps you on track. I highly recommend Dr Shirley.

Dr. Shirley is the best doctor you could ever find. She’s knowledgeable and caring.She Doesn’t rush you. She explains everything and treats you with care. I would give her a thousand stars. The only bad experience is the girl who answered the phone. She puts you on hold, or hangs up when you tell her what you want. Everyone else in the office are great. Her assistant is also great. Just wish someone else was answering the phone.

This office staff is disgustingly disrespectful. You call in and they automatically put you on hold or just hung up on you, claim they’ll give the doctor your message, and rest assured you’ll never receive a call back. I just had surgery and shouldn’t have to be dealing with this. I canceled my upcoming appointment and changed my primary. I’ll also be calling my insurance and filing a complaint with this office as well. This is no way to treat patients.

Dr Shirley is an awesome caring physician who never rushes me and always asks at the end of a visit if I have any more questions! And! She knows American Sign Language so I don’t need an interpreter and can have the true patient/physician relationship!

Dr Shirley takes the requisite amount of time to review labs, case notes, and "the clock doesn't feel like it's ticking". She will question me, and takes the time to steer me in the right direction. Her referrals are to other professionals that I can rely on. Sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment, as she has a good practice. I was disappointed in other doctors when I moved to this area, and some of the hospitals, but Dr Shirley stands out as an outstanding practitioner.

Some people simply stand out because of their talent, kindness, caring, and giving. Dr. Shirley is remarkable and memorable. On a Friday, I was a few feet away from Mom when she fell backwards with a loud thud. All was fine as we gingerly walked to be sure (supposedly) nothing was amiss. Saturday was also uneventful. But, on EASTER SUNDAY, Mom had terrible pain. After the expected lengthy wait time, the local Urgent Care took XRays and prescribed “Bedrest+Acetaminophen” By Monday morning, the pain was intolerable. Mom couldn’t move in ANY direction. Panicked, we called the “PCP”. They immediately connected us with Dr. Shirley (new to us). Our side of the conversation was a mess of facts, questions, and pleas for help. Dr. Shirley calmly reassured us and explained why a 911 call was critical. In fact, Mom had a fractured spine, 2 broken ribs, and a severely damaged sacrum. SUM: Dr. Shirley "saved" Mom and us that day! She's even more wonderful in person! Superb office + staff !

Dr. Shirley has offered to the Deaf people who have the Video Relay Interpreting service to speak to the doctor who can use sign language is marvelous for the community. She has a great patience and time. She’s wonderful.

I just saw Dr. Megan Shirley for the first time today as a new patient. I was completely blown away! She is so thorough & detailed, takes her time to listen, and offers a very holistic/integrative approach to wellness. Her bedside manner is fantastic - cheerful, positive and compassionate. I felt very comfortable and cared for. I will recommend her to people I know, as these combination of qualities are rare.

Dr. Shirley is always professional and congenial, a good mix of technical expertise with easy to talk to abilities. She listens well and has assisted me with annual wellness checks through major surgery. Simply one of the best doctors I've every had.
