I don't recommend this doctor!
I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone! My mother has this doctor. My mother has been calling her office for meds 3 days before she ran out of them. Dr. McKenna has NOT approved more meds for my mother, nor called my mother back, her patient. Extremely frustrating! I have told my mother that she really needs to transfer her files from this doctor to another infectious disease doctor. McKenna was given advanced notice from my mother of her meds running out.

She is really bad. Practices at UTSW ID department. Doesn’t have time for her patients when they try to get in contact with her. Doesn’t understand how to treat complicated UTI’s. Does same treatment and tests Urologist already did who referred her. Very frustrating. Don’t see her if you have complicated UTIs. It seemed like a disease not that interesting to her.
