Love Dr. Kimmel-Nurse needs people skills
Dr. K was lovely-her portion of the visit was wonderful. No complaints! However, the nurse who did my visit intake would barely look at me, never smiled and made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. If I wasn’t in so much pain and needing answers, I would have gotten up and left. I’m sure it’s not always a fun job or maybe she was having a rough day-but I’ve always been taught that when you get to work you need to leave everything else at the door. And I understand people are fighting battles I know nothing about, but kindness is free and the world needs more of it right now.
