I had to get a new PCP as mine moved. I am 19 years sober. She made me random drug test and put my skin color down as tattooed. Horrible bedside manner. I am highly educated and a business owner! I spent 10 years in the medical field and have never met someone I trusted less. Find another doctor besides Dr Hiles

Would Not Recommend
This is the first time I've ever had a provider make me feel unheard. My initial PCP relocated, and which is why I now seek care under Dr. Hiles. I truly just feel as if she doesn't hear me or take me serious as her patient. In the past I've had concerns for IBS and high cholesterol to where I've wanted to do labs and/or testing to address that. Her response was that labs are unnecessary. I've only ever had two visits with her, but today she made me uncomfortable by stating that I was looking at her funny. Her RN also appeared to be on edge too and gave off the impression that she'd rather be elsewhere...literally stating, "It would have been nice to sleep today, but I guess we have to be an adult." In a very strange tone. Time to re-establish care!

Worst Doctor I’ve ever been to
I have been to a lot of doctors, many of them bad, and Dr. Hiles was by FAR the worst. She refused to listen to me and was very rude. She seems to have no understanding of conditions that aren’t short term such as a cold or flu. She said she didn’t believe I had a condition I was diagnosed with by several specialists at Mayo Clinic, and confirmed by doctors at her own hospital. Her reasoning? My age, even though it’s well documented that people my age can have my condition. She told me to go off all my meds even when I said they were life changing and allowed me to get my life back. I was blown away by her horrible bedside manner, lack of understanding, and poor knowledge. I never returned to her. I also told my other doctors what happened and they couldn’t believe what she had said and that she didn’t believe I had my condition. Please, avoid going to her.

Dr. Hiles was my PCP for several years. I requested a test for adrenal insufficiency. She ignored me. A little over a year later I was admitted to the hospital with cardiomyopathy. As I had no blockages, many tests were done and I was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency! Over a year of pain and suffering! Dr. Hiles does not listen to her patients, she ignores symptoms and doesn't care to find the root of your probelm, even when you do her work for her and tell her what test to run!

I didn't find Dr Hiles compassionate or experienced. Her "bedside" manner needs serious changes. She was unkind and argumentitive. Instead of working with me, I felt she didnt care about me. I do know something about my health as well. It's a partnership. I found another doctor right away.

I'd highly recommend Dr. Megan Hiles. I went to her for an annual physical due to "just not feeling like myself" not a specific ache or pain. My physical's mammogram required a more detailed analysis of one breast which identified small abnormal sites which upon further analysis were cancer. She immediately established a pathway for me to specialists and a well respected breast surgeon. She made ALL the difference in my world I'm happy to say!
