Long wait time-do not recommend
I had an appointment at 9:45am. I was not called back to the exam room until 10am. I saw a nurse who took my vitals and a resident who asked me a bunch of questions. I waited for half an hour more and did not see or hear from anyone. I walked out of the room and asked if anyone was going to see me or if I could get an update. I was just told the doctor would be with me soon. I waited until 11am and never saw the doctor. I walked out. If we are expected to be there 10 mins before our appointment, then we should be afforded the same courtesy of at least communication on why the wait time is so long. I would not recommend Dr. Dekker because of this. The level of care and communication should be better, waiting for over an hour to even see the actual doctor is not acceptable.

I recently changed my doctor to Henry Ford. There is a huge difference. The Henry Ford system is far more patient centered & attentive to detail very good.
