Compassionate, Brilliant and Sensitive
I can always easily get an appointment with Dr. Byrne, and she consistently sees me on time. Once, when there was just a 10-minute delay, she still apologized, which made me feel like my time was genuinely respected. I’ve visited her several times for UTIs, and she not only prescribed antibiotics but also took extra care to prescribe medication for my immediate symptoms, knowing how uncomfortable I was. Her thorough advice on prevention and her compassionate, attentive listening made me feel truly heard. When I saw her for my IUD removal, Dr. Byrne was incredibly professional. She walked me through what to expect and reassured me throughout the process. Her bedside manner was impeccable—gentle, kind, and sensitive. It was painless and even sent me home with some free tampons for my first period. Because of the care I’ve received during these routine appointments, I’m convinced she’s exactly who I would want by my side during on the most important day of my life: in the delivery room.

Doesn’t listen to allergies or YOUR health plan
She tried to get me on birth control at LEAST six times from my first appointment; mentioned three different kinds. Two calls for lab results; mentioned a few others. Then a tele health call; mentioned it 1 more time, even though we have STRONGLY said we didn’t want birth control. I’m to old for birth control, it would cause problems and I have bad reactions to birth control. She still pushed it. I told her I was allergic to prescriptions, she prescribed the stuff I was allergic to. The day I requested to never see her again at the clinic was the day of the tele health. Literally called them at 9 am about not wanting her and she called me at 2 pm for the tele health. She also bragged about how she just bought a place in Talkeetna. I would avoid her like she has leprosy. I try to give the benefit of the doubt when seeing a new doc. But just save your money and AVOID this woman. She is a green horn and most patients know more
