Dr. Brelsford is extremely thorough in completing annual and semi annual exams. She is very polite and sensitive to patient personal property. Her team works in lock step with her, and she is very polite to them as well. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the human skin and shares this knowledge with the patient in language that is easy to understand.

Friendly Staff
I've been going to Dr. Brelsford for a few years now. From the moment I first walk into the office until I leave the entire staff makes me feel welcomed & at ease. Dr. Brelsford explains everything she's doing & is quick but thorough with the exam.

Positive experience
No one wants to go to the doctor, but if you have to see a dermatologist, I recommend Dr. Brelsford. She was pleasant, patient, informative, and gentle. That is such a relief when you walk in there feeling a little unsettled. Her assistant Mariel was also very good. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Awesome support via Dr Brelsford's staff.
Appointment was on time and as scheduled. Saw PA, Kristen Ritch. She is awesome. Very professional and thorough with exam and treatment. Very caring and advice was spot on. This is my sixth visit with Verum and all have yielded exceptional outcomes.

Unplanned Visit
I had an unexpected skin condition pop up that needed immediate attention. Dr. Brelsford & her team were able to take my appointment on short notice and her P.A. quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem and got me set up with an effective course of treatment. Dr. Brelsford & her team consistently deliver quality care with minimum hassle or unnecessary waiting. I have been a patient for many years and have never had a negative experience.

Excellent doctor.
Dr Brelsford ,My appointments with her were 4 days ago for the first time I felt respected and luxurious, and she seemed to be a very, very good doctor who was explaining a lot to me and caring for me. I felt loved and reassured, and that my treatment was in her hands. I liked the team I worked with. He was very active and interested in me. As soon as I leave the clinic. I felt that I would be fine .

Not Dr Brelsford
Dr Brelsford was not available when I called for my appointment. I was referred to to PA Josh...and he was terrific. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking an appointment and Dr B is not available.

Lack of Response
My mother's visits have been thorough. Dr. Brelsford tends to speak quickly, and my mother does have to ask her to repeat herself, but the Dr. does so pleasantly. HOWEVER, my mother has tried many times in the recent past to reach someone--anyone--at Verum Cutis Dermatology and has left messages asking for a callback. She hasn't received ANY callbacks and we wonder why this is so.

Impressed with the professionalism
I left another dermatologist mainly because of the office staff, and have seen Dr. Brelsford twice now. She is very personable and takes the time to explain the procedure and what she finds. The office staff has also been helpful and professional.

Great doctor.
Dr Brelsford is excellent - good manner and informative. She also has a great front office staff and nurses. The office is well organized and the nurses keep you informed. There was a delay on my last visit, but I was brought back on time and told there was an emergency and there would be a slight delay. This is a huge plus as I get impatient when I feel people are not respectful of my time (as long as I know, I am fine (things happen)).
