I like Dr. Sim. She takes all the time you need to listen and address all of your health issues. She is very kind and caring. And office staff are friendly as well. It’s easy to get into the office to see her, and they are very accommodating with scheduling appointments.

I have been visited her for many years. She is my family primary care. I have to drive a little longer to the new place but that what I prefer to do. Dr. Sim makes me feel comfortable. She is very kind and taking good care of me and my family. I recommend her to anyone.

I've come to this clinic because of good online reviews, but my personal experience was so far off from the reviews I've read. The staff was blunt, uncaring and they charged a lot more that what I used to with other clinics, also I never got a call back or replies to email inquiries.
Upon looking at the reviews on the websites, I found out why.
90+ reviews within less than a month period, and among them, 17 reviews on a single day... These reviews were definitely not written by Real patients.

This is one of the best doctor's offices I have ever been to. Clean. Efficient. Polite. Well-run. Sensitive and caring. All of the staff! All!
Dr. Sim is very thorough and very nice. I have only praise for her and her practice. She is beyond wonderful, kind, caring, attentive, gorgeous, angelic!
I never wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. They fit me into the schedule in emergencies without a problem. I love this office and feel truly blessed to have found it.

Excellent healthcare provider! I completely disagree with the previous reviewer. In my opinion, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was late for my appointment but spent only a few minutes in the waiting room before Dr. Sim saw me. She has pleasant bedside manners and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
