Dr. Meenakshi Hari, MD

This is a practice that was once good - maybe even exceptional. However, the practice has fallen far away from it's initial beginnings as the staff & doctor are much more concerned with growing the practice revenues rather than providing quality care for children.Many of the staff associates are rude and policies are driven to deny care in lieu of business office decisions. The business office consist of individuals with thick accents who barely speak English. They create the pretense that there is a separation of responsibility. However, nothing could be further from the truth as all decisions are referred back to the office to deny care.There are much better practices to chose from and place the care of your young children with (Practices that started off like Dr. Hari's did many years ago).I ended a 10-year relationship with this office because they refused to simply 'authorize' a refill for my son who was suffering from seasonal allergies and needed a simple inhaler.

Part 2 -On the day of, I was called (2 times) and asked for information that could easily be asked two weeks before when appointment was confirmed (staff extremely unprepared and unfriendly) . After confirming everything, drove to their office and once we got there, we were really underwhelmed with the facilities overall. Walked up to the front desk and two ladies extremely unprofessional wanted to confirm insurance information again. Small talk went on and we were told that Dr. Hari was out of network for us with a side comment that it was weird that they couldn't find verify our insurance information, and that we must have moved "here" (whatever that means) recently and maybe that would be a reason for the confusion (????). We ended up cancelling the whole thing. Rude/Unprepared/Untrained staff. I definitely would not envision myself bringing my child to a place like this. Good luck with everything, hope you guys drastically improve in the future, in the name of good medical care.

Doctor is very nice . so much satisfied with the doctor but the Staff is so unprofessional. For my daughter school, , i am asking for medical records, i am requesting it from last 10 days, they mentioned they will send through email, i called 5 times, but till now didn't got any records. so disappointed.

This office and the staff are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They’re only concern is making sure you pay. Patients get turned down for inability to pay a ONE TIME balance even if they weren’t previously informed. my neice was very sick and needed to be seen. We scheduled a same day appointment only to get there and be told the appointment was for the following day. Also, to then be told we owed a balance to which we agreed to pay the following day but were told we wouldn’t be seen without pay.

Dr Hari is very expertise and very helpful in answering all our questions and with patience and we are very happy...
