Stay far away!
She is rude and condescending. She talks over you and doesn't listen. She grabs your phone right out of your hand and starts looking up stuff she wants you to read without even asking if it's okay and I happen to be a person who doesn't like people touching my phone. She also seems to like shaming her patients. I'll definitely be complaining to Kaiser as this is unacceptable behavior!
