Dr. was good when he was with Atlantic Medical. Since he has gone back into private practice he and his staff are horrible. Nice and friendly but very incompetent. I waited over 2 hours in his office and had to leave being a diabetic I was starting to get weak and had to get something to eat. He does not seem to read entire test results and doesn't listen anymore. I was abandoned for over 2 hours. His staff is nice but again incompetent.

At first four years ago the office was great, now any visit is four hours of my life wasted. being a type 2 diabetic I require my meds to be refilled on time, for the last year I all most have to beg to get them refilled. I'm calling and reporting the office to the state.

In my 8 years as a patient, Dr. Raouf has always been thorough and genuine. I can't say enough nice things about the staff there as well. They are all very friendly and compassionate. Anytime there has been an issue with my insurance company they have followed through and gone to bat for me. th.

I started seeing Dr Raouf 3 yrs ago. At first he was amazing, I have lupus & fibromyalgia & other chronic diseases with a lot of issues. His old staff was incompetent but now Angela is great. But the last year he has stopped hearing me. He doesn't listen and cuts me off and mistreatment to the point of tears and embarrassment. He dismisses everything I say. This week he told me I was fine, I've been hospitalized now 4 days wi/ atypical c diff, impaction any longer would've been septic and dead.

Dr Raouf really cares about his patients. With the new staff, wait times have really been improved. He takes the time to sit with you and discuss your health and progress. The new staff is a ton more helpful. He really knows his stuff and I always feel like I'm his only patient
