Dr. Mazen Duraini, MD

I experienced deceptive billing practices at this office. I was initially told the consultation would be free, but months later, I received a bill. It turns out they use the 6-month exam fee allowed by my insurance, even though my son had already seen another provider. They should have been able to figure this out since I told them we were referred by his orthodontist.The initial quote they sent me included wisdom teeth extraction, which I did not want. I requested a revised quote multiple times and they assured me they would send a revised quote, but I never received it. Their policy requires cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee, so I canceled 48 hours before the scheduled procedure since they still hadn’t sent the quote. It was only after I canceled that they finally provided the quote.The lack of transparency, timely communication, and clarity left me extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this office.

The entire experience was exceptional. From the moment you arrive and greeted by the staff you feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Duraini is very professional, informative and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommended this establishment.

DR.Duraini had no problem getting propofol for me due to occasional problems that I may encounter with versed.

Best of the Best! From the office staff to Dr. Duraini himself they are a 5 Star class act operation. The staff has been a joy to talk to each time and Dr. Duraini himself is truly a master at his craft. I will recommend them all highly to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises. Thank you all!

I have started my treatment at Dr. Duraini’s office. I had the first of two surgeries today. Dr. Duraini’s office is run like a well oiled machine for being prompt. His staff is willing to answer all questions and is courteous. Dr. Duraini, is also a very impressive board certified doctor. I am glad his office was recommended to me by my dentist for dental implants.

Prior to the beginning of my orthodontic treatment, I needed my remaining 3 wisdom teeth, 4 other teeth, and an impacted adult tooth removed to make room. Dr. Duraini explained the process, surgery, and answered every questions at my consultation and the staff was very swift at having my quote for payment and details for the surgery day. For having 8 teeth removed, I was in and out of the office in less than 2 hours. Super friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend visiting this office for your oral surgery needs!

I have been to see Dr. Duraini for several different issues, he is wonderful. I am a very reluctant dental patient, but he and his staff are very kind and compassionate. He has taken such good care of me, I would refer anyone to him with complete confidence.

Was initially really nervous for the post-op factors but was surprised when everything was virtually pain free! I felt back to normal very quickly. I loved the way Dr. Duraini ran his practice and was very impressed with it! I would highly recommend Dr.Duraini!

I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Duraini and his staff. They worked hard to get me in for a consultation and on the schedule for surgery. I had the mitek anchor surgery and recovered much faster than expected. Kind, patient , and expert care!

We were on time, waited 45 min before I walked to the front desk. After a few more min Dr. Duraini appeared. Apparently he sees patients on surgery days. I asked a lot of questions about anesthesia for my 13 yr. old, he didn't like it, got defensive, and questioned my background. I was ONLY given general anesth. as option and told I could go elsewhere if I didn't agree. I think too many patients blindly agree. Needs more professionalism. May be a good oral surgeon, but won't find out so 2 stars

My daughter had a very positive experience getting her wisdom teeth extracted. Dr Duraini was very thorough in the exam and description of the process. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Duraini and his staff were nothing short of amazing and helpful. Dr. Duraini performed my jaw surgery one year ago and I could not be happier with my results. Don’t think twice about scheduling with him and his staff!

Dr. Duraini was the most gentle as well as comforting dentist I have ever been referred to for dental surgery. He spends as much time as you need to explain the procedure and to assure that you are comfortable and completely pain-free.. I would recommend Dr Duraini and his staff to anyone needing dental surgery.

Dr. Duraini is amazing!!! He took such good care of my son who has autism! He made me feel so comfortable as a parent by telling me step by step of the procedure and answering all of my questions. My son’s mouth is heal up great and I could be happier.

I would highly recommend his facility to anyone and already have. Everyone is friendly and gracious. His work was super. I had a very painless experience.

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Duraini and his staff. My daughter had double jaw surgery July 2017. Her results are amazing. Recovery was better than I expected. Dr. Duraini saw my daughter every day she was in the hospital. I was given the necessary info to reach him at all times. Dr. Duraini, from the bottom of my heart thank you. You were always so patient. It was a blessing to have found you. Thanks Melinda for all the pep talks. Your amazing. Thank you to the entire office.

My dentist recommended Dr. Duraini, and I am so pleased that he did. I had 3 teeth surgically removed, and a bone grafting procedure. The next morning I decided to wait until I felt pain before taking a pain med, but there was so little discomfort. I had minor swelling and tenderness, and was able to use an anti-inflammatory only. Amazing! Thank you Dr. Duraini, you are pretty awesome!

I have been seen here as well as my 12 year old daughter. He was great with both of us! I would recommend him and his office to everyone! He is a great doctor with great bedside manner.

Dr Mazen is a great person . He's very professional, he's intelligent and also very caring and personable . His staff are also very friendly and will do their best to accommodate any appointments . He's about 45 min drive away from home but it's definitely worth it . He doesn't waste your time either, they are on time .
