Horrible! She doesn’t take her time. She has no patience When she comes in the room she doesn’t take the time to look at your chart. She rushes everything. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Munorvoa is an awful doctor her main concern was my insurance mind you i am 23 weeks pregnant and i she didnt ask me how i was feeling not once she never went over the blood results that i took a month before save yourself the headache.

Dr. Munarova is amazing. She delivered 3 of my kids.

I wish before going to this office I should read the bad reviews.i don’t understand how she call her self a doctor when she old school she not updated.

Stay way from this doctor if u love ur Self and ur baby. She is not Professional if u have any problems she not going to be on top she will Ignore u

never go to this Doctor, she just makes money, her husband is in the billing department,they both just make money. they charged us a lot of money for prenatal care while it was all covered by my insurance. they are just doing business

Bills insurance visits just to get test results because, "it is a requirement" when both my PCP and regular ob/gyn calls to give me test results. I needed to see her twice in 1 month just to get test results and insurance claims were filed both times.

She took care of my healt problem way better than my PC and other Gyn put together. She is carring and will do all necessary tests(I love that) to find the cause of illness. She helped me a lot with my illness,wher others Drs. failed. Her staff is nice and polite. One thing I don't like is when her friends, family stop by her office, socialize and sit in her office for hours distracting and taking Dr. M away from her job and patients. They can visit her at home, not at her work place.

I made an appt, showed up, and was told I would have to pay $150 upfront, not including the costs of the appointment etc, which they also said was more than they originally informed me over the phone. The reason was because they had failed to verify my insurance ahead of time in the weeks since I had made the appt and given my insurance info, but only I suffered the consequences of this mistake. The desk woman refused to call the manager (who wasn't in) because she "would get in trouble." Awful.

I went to dr.Munarova and I was very disappointed. The stuff is very unfriendly and rude. The doctor herself doesn't care about you. She is very old-fashioned and unprofessional. I've had miscarriage with her, and she gave me 2 options: d&c and pills for $500 cash. She insisted on d&c despite the fact I was bleeding and cramping, and this was my first pregnancy. I left her as fast as I could, found another doctor and Had natural miscarriage. Pills costs $1 with insurance. Beware of dr.Munarova.

I went to munarova after reading all the raved reviews she was given online. However when I got there it was nothing close to what I read online. First of all if you are not Russian or Jewish, this is not the place for you. If you are a colored person I am so sad to say this but they will treat you like crap. The doctor herself is not that knowledgable, she doesn't answer questions and when she does the information is very outdated. Very unpleasant and unprofessional, especially the front desk.

Terrible and rude customer service in the reception area. Passive aggressive and very uncaring, rude staff.
