Mayra is such a wonderful provider. She always takes the time to really listen to talk to her patients. I am someone who has anxiety around medical appointments and have always felt relaxed, supported, and comfortable with Mayra. She brings kindness, humor, and care into her work. I feel so fortunate to have found her and had her as my PCP for years while I lived in JP.

Dr. Cruz Polcano has been my PCP for 8 years. She cares about a patient's wellbeing and wholistic health, not just in their medical condition, and she asks questions about family, friends, diet, exercise, and mental health. She does a thorough health assessment and provides top notch medical care. She has stayed late to combine two medical procedures into one appointment for me. She is one of the best PCPs around. I highly recommend Dr Cruz Polanco.
