She is all about the wallet---hers
Staff does not verify insurance prior to administration of treatment. Staff does not inform if your insurance is in network or out of network. Staff is very proactive in trying to collect newly created fees that never before existed. Hygienists love to upsell at every turn during treatment once trying to sell me the exact same mouthwash for $20 that I filled with an RX for $7. She and oral surgeon Dr. Garcia also tried to perform unnecessary surgery. Dental hygienist Bressada enjoys making patients feel bad about themselves by bellyaching excessively how stained their teeth are.
