NOTHING STOOD OUT BESIDES HOW RUDE SHE WAS ALONG WITH HER OFFICE STAFF

She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients.

Long wait in the waiting room, the front desk woman is rude. I sat there listening to the front desk woman, the doctor, and a patient(?) having a long conversation about dinner and how a mutual friend was doing while they all stood in the hall on the other side of the waiting room door. I asked if i could at least fill out my paperwork while i waited, since it was already after my appointment time, and she told me to sit down and wait. And then after my long wait, filling out multiple pages of paperwork (many of which were doubled and tripled because the front desk woman seemed to struggle with her job while also being rude) she claimed they dont even take this insurance despite (her!) verifying on the phone when I made the appointment *weeks* prior and wasting time waiting for the appointment-- and they are still showing up here as an in-network provider in searches. Because they *do* take my insurance.

She a sweet doctor I'm glad I found her.

Dr Ghalib was dishonest with me regarding the location of a mass found in my breast. I have dense breast tissue and the Radiologist recommended an ultrasound. He found a benign mass in one of my breasts. I have a raised nevus that had been there for several years. She came over to show me and pointed 5-6 cm upwards in the opposite direction of the location measurements of this benign mass I got from the Radiologist. She did not even exam me. She was insistent the Radiologist is not an MD. She told me I need a biopsy. Why would I get a biopsy in an area where nothing was found? I don't think she really knows. She just guessed.

As always she prompt.and concern about my health issues.tell her what's right and she always send me to get tested.so she and I know what do I love her if wish I had her year ago.wont go elsewhere.??????

Dr. Ghalib is an excellent doctor. She communicates very well and has a lot of medical knowledge. She treats me with respect. She does not get intimidated by my questions because she wants to make sure I understand everything for informed consent. She makes herself available for patients in need to contact her. She always promptly returns my telephone calls and is very fast in calling in my prescriptions.

Kind, empathetic, thorough healthcare provider and human being!

DrGhalib is a kind caring doctor. She goes above and beyond when helping with a problem. You are very important to her. We are glad to have her as our family doctor.

I had my first visit with Dr. Ghalib today, my wait time in the outer office was about 45 minutes, but when it was my turn to see her, she took her time. She listened to my concerns and thoughts and addressed them all thoroughly. I'm looking forward to a positive doctor/patient relationship with her and her staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Ghalib for 5 months now, and I have no complaints. She is thorough with my care, I never wait long for my visits, and she has helped me accomplish some healthy living milestones that I have struggled reaching before seeing her. She has great bedside manner, and it is easy and comfortable to communicate concerns with her. I am so happy that I found her, and I have already recommended a friend of mine!

Dr. Ghalib is a wonderful doctor with a beautiful spirit. She is always warm and friendly. I am confident in her knowledge and treatment of my ailments. I admire the way she listens intently to what is going on, and explains the outcomes of tests and other evaluations. I have never felt rush during a visit, and the staff has always been kind. I am thankful to have her as my doctor, and I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr.Ghalib is an incredible physician, and even better human. Not only does she clearly possess a mastery of the medical knowledge, but she has an incredible bedside manner. Being her patient is a privilege, and has helped improve not only my health, but my life, enormously. She is a saint, one that I have referred many of my friends and family too. The best doctor in Genesee County, easily.

Dr. Ghalib was a very good listener. She is confident and thorough. The office staff at the Ortonville M15 office was exceptional as well. Wait time was minimal.
