Wonderful experience. The staff and doc made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked into the office. The office explained everything in detail. They never rushed me in and out of the office. If I was in between visits and had a question I called, and they were more than happy to take my call, and answer my concerns over the phone. When I was in the office, every question I had was expained. I am 73 years old, age and gravity had taken a toll on my breasts. I now feel so confident in myself.

Dr. Malotky is always very attentive, thorough, and aware, he is great at making sure you get all of the information and understand it. The moment I stepped into their office I knew it was the best choice. I was comfortable throughout my entire process, my choices and wants were respected and listened to. Dr. Malotky went above and beyond to be sure that my results were exactly what I asked for. Everyone in the office is always is in good spirits, knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. I will continue to go to them for future procedures and always refer them. This office and doctor changed my life more than they will ever know. I am forever grateful for the work that they do, they truly care about their patients.

Dr. Malotky and his team. Everything leading up to my procedure was so seamless, from the moment I called to setup my consultation with Chloe at the front desk, who was so sweet & friendly. To my husband & I talking with Dr. Max Malotky for almost an hour about my procedure and what results to expect, he is a perfectionist for sure. :)To Jane presenting & explaining all my financial obligations. Dr’s assistant Carly even called me over the weekend before my surgery to touch base. When surgery day came, Max was so kind and talked me through everything to help make me less nervous. I am soooo extremely happy with my results, and can’t thank Max and his team enough for giving me this confidence in myself. 5 stars for sure!!

From the first phone call, to the actual results, to the post-surgical care- every aspect of the patient experience left me feeling extremely well-taken care of from beginning to end. Dr. Malotky transformed my itty-bitty janky tuberous breasts with zero cleavage and soft tissue poking into the areola into gorgeous, beautifully proportioned ta-tas with the cleavage of my dreams (and I mean, they're BEAUTIFUL). He has a zillion five star reviews for good reason, because he and his office are truly excellent at what they do. My results wildly surpassed my expectations and they made it all so easy every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend him and his surgical artistry for breast augmentation especially if you're a complicated case like I was, and if I ever happen to need a revision or lift in the next decade or three, I'll be coming back. We're so lucky to have a surgeon of his caliber right here in Redding!!

I would give Dr. Malotky 20 stars if I could. I had been wanting to get a breast augmentation for years, and after I began working for Dr. Malotky, I knew he was the surgeon for me. It’s clear how much he truly cares for each and every one of his patients, and it shows through his work as well. I went back and forth on what size implants I wanted many times, but he helped me pick a size that suited my small frame and was honest about what size/profile was best for the look I was going for, which I really appreciated. My new look has given me confidence I didn’t know I was missing, and I could not be happier with my results!

I had a consultation 6 months prior to making my decision of breast augmentation. My first visit, to the last visit was the best care I have had. The entire staff at Dr. Malotky's office was so very friendly and genuine. Everything was discussed in great detail and I never left the office with unanswered questions. I am so very very pleased and satisfied with the choice I made, with regard to size of implants, and whether I was going to have a breast lift as well. After discussing everything with Dr. Malotky and taking his advice, I went with implants only, and I know it was the right decision! Patience, Kindness, Knowledge, and experience are all top notch for Dr. Malotky and his staff. Thank You for everything.

Bottom line the results are unacceptable. But the way he treated me at every appointment was very upsetting. I heard he was so nice and so good. I experienced neither. I have talked to my husband about this multiple times and I'm not over reacting about how I was treated, and definitely not about the results. Unless you are praising him, you will be treated terribly. I say this with absolute honesty. And now I have to go through another surgery and spend more money to fix my breasts. I was intimidated and didn't ask to try on more sizes but I wish I did because they are nothing like I asked for and they are HUGE on my body. AND not lifted at all. Nipples point downward. He was unwilling to take responsibility for that.

I will never be able to show my gratitude for Dr.M and what he has done to change my life. There’s not enough thank you’s in the world to say it! Here’s my experience with Dr.M and his Wonderful staff. I went to my consultation 6 months ago with Dr.Malotky. I just knew he was the Dr. for the job when he said 700-750ccs. He got what I wanted. I wanted big fake boobs with tiny tiny nipples. High and tight. Same size since I’ve never been symmetric, side boob and touching when I wasn’t wearing a bra and 700-750cc’s if possible. Yes I had a tall order and knew what I wanted. Just wasn’t sure if I was going to get all that. This was going to be my third plastic surgery. My previous 2 weren’t good experiences(different surgeon). So to say my anxiety was out the roof was an overstatement. The morning of my surgery I was a nervous wreck. I saw Dr. Malotky for consult of a breast augmentation. I have always been a modest person and very self-conscious about my small breasts. His knowledge on the sizes and what was appropriate for my body frame was comforting. We agreed on a size and I am so thrilled with the whole outcome. Dr. Malotky did an amazing job. His staff was always welcoming and friendly. I couldn't be happier! I saw a surgeon about 30 yrs ago for implants and decided against it as I couldn't justify the expense. Now, in my 50's I finally decided to do something for myself and my only regret is not doing it all those years ago! For all the times I've left a clothing shop in tears because i couldn't fill out the tops is changed! I have new self esteem I didn't think i lacked. Thank you Dr.!

Dr. Malotky is a true artist and visionary. He preformed a revision surgery on me that was not an easy one due to multiple problems. I cannot say enough about the outcome! I am simply amazed at the outcome and so very happy at my outcome. He is probably one of the best doctors I have seen and I would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff to any woman seeking another opinion from a plastic surgeon for any procedure they may want, be it breast revision or an initial surgery. It doesn’t hurt that he is wonderful with his patients too. He will not sugarcoat anything, but will give you his honest opinion.

Dr. Malotky and his entire staff are what you would wish every medical office to be like; professional, kind, organized, and highly competent. Dr. Malotky has worked with me for over two years on breast reconstruction. He has been compassionate, patient, and very clear on the procedures and possible outcomes. After discussing procedures, I traveled to a highly rated hospital in LA for a second opinion, and decided Dr. Malotky was the better choice for me. I cannot be happier with that decision. He performed multiple surgeries and my recovery for each was faster than expected, the scarring less than expected, and the results are amazing for how extensive the surgeries were. I have upmost respect for his surgical ability and warm bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Max Malotky and his staff are hands down AMAZING! After having two babies I wanted to focus on getting my pre-baby body back. After two years of working out, eating right, and hard work, everything was looking good, except for my stomach. That’s when I went in for a consultation. Due to the severity of my diastasis recti, no matter what I did, I would need my abdominal muscles repaired by having an abdominoplasty/mini tummy tuck to remove the excess skin. From the consultation until my last appointment just recently, Dr. Malotky was very patient with my numerous questions and always made me feel comfortable. Also, I can’t say enough about his staff. The ladies are all so sweet, kind, and professional. Thank you, ladies!!! <3 The recovery period was hard for me (I hate being sedentary), but the results are WORTH IT! I can’t thank Dr. Malotky enough for the work he did and how great I feel!

After YEARS of trying to get back in shape & improving my nutrition…..my “mommy” belly just never went away due to extreme abdominal muscle damage from 3 pregnancies Getting a mommy makeover with breast lift was the best decision I made for myself! Dr. Max has no integrity. I'm faced with a $20,000+ reconstructive surgery less than 1 year from a mastopexy/augmentation procedure performed by Dr. Malotky. I tried to avoid online reviews and go directly to the doctor – he denied wrongdoing but confirmed the problems and promised to make things right. We left his office feeling like Max would make things right. However, he never returned our call when he said he would follow up. I now must go through another surgery – a more painful and costly one. I’m sure Dr. Max is fine for simple augmentations but if you need a lift, I would find another doctor with more experience, skillset, and integrity. We will continue to share our experience with the community so others can avoid this disaster. I wonder how Dr. Max would feel if the situation was reversed.

Dr. Malotky and staff were friendly, efficient and understanding. I am a 78 year old woman that suffered from neck and back pain for years because of heavy pendulous breasts. I have had none of that since surgery and my new breasts are wonderful. I can't say enough thanks.
