Dr. Maximilian Braun III, MD

Hands down! 1 of the best Doctors I have been to. Also, Nurse 'Sis' very excellent. I've been going to Dr. Braun for several years now and every time his mannerism, kindness and professionalism are over-the-top. Nurse Sis is and exceptional nurse, making you feel totally at ease.

I was a patient back in 2017. I scheduled a visit with Dr Braun recently, 2022. He remembered me. Dr. Braun cares and listens to his patients. I am pain free 2 days after treatment… after suffering for the past 6 months. I should have made an appointment sooner. This doctor is the best.

Dr Braun and his entire staff is outstanding. I would not go anywhere else. My experience was exceptional from the initial appointment with the PA, though scheduling and the procedure. The nursing staff is kind, extremely professional and knowledgeable. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU. Dr Braun is a delight. He is professional and listens. YOU are NOT a number....you are a person with an issue. They all take time with you. Dr Braun talks to you during the procedure explain what is happening. He has total concern for YOU as the patient.

I am so grateful to have found Dr.Braun. He's never given up on me as we worked to figure out how to manage my pain. He works with me and involves me in my care plan. I cannot recommend him and the Mechanicsburg practice enough!!

After a horrible experience at a local Hospital Pain Clinic, it was recommended for me to go to Susquehanna Valley Pain Clinic and Dr Braun. He was so professional, caring, knowledgeable and a very good listener. The nurse was also so kind and personable. The previous clinic and the unprofessional doctors gave me 4 cortisone shots at one time with NO relief. Dr Braun gave me one shot with half the MG and after 10 days I can say I am so much better with little or no pain. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr Braun.

Dr. Braun is a caring provider who is sincerely interested in your well-being and comfort during procedures.

Dr. Braun is always very attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure my comfort each visit. He is also an incredibly skilled and competent physician. His entire staff are also very kind and responsive to patient needs.

Excellent support staff, efficiently run office, very clean facility, competence, kindness and compassion are at the center of professional practice, excellent outcome.

Everyone in contact with me was very congenial & listened to what I was saying. Explained what they were going to do. Very calming personalities.

Dr. Braun is an excellent provider. He and his staff are professional, patient and caring. They always have the time to explain what is going on or answer any questions you have. Dr. Braun never rushes through a procedure/visit and goes above and beyond to find a solution for your pain and for your well being. A great doctor.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr Braun and his staff. He is kind, caring and the only pain management doctor that I will see. I have been going to him for several years now to avoid surgery and I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of pain management for an injury or medical condition.

I would highly recommend Dr. Braun and the office at West Shore. I am always taken back with a smile and never feel like a number. Everyone explains what is going to happen and what to expect after. Dr. Braun’s soft personality helps keep me calm and he never makes me feel like he is rushing me through the office. I have been with this for many years and he is always willing to suggest a plan that he thinks may be more helpful. I can’t say enough about this Doctor and the pain management crew.

Dr. Braun cares about helping you get better and easing your pain. He is kind, compassionate and willing to take time to listen to you and explain and answer questions along with encouraging you to get opinions to certain questions he may not be as familiar with. He is willing to work with my surgeon and come up with a plan of action that has made a real difference in how I feel in three days. So thankful for his expertise and yet willing to work with my surgeon to find the best solution to help me find relief of pain and to extend surgery for me. I have the utmost respect for him and his staff of RN’s. Each one has been a pleasure to get to know. They are just as caring and compass as he. Dr Braun is caring, calm and confident. After being given a bleak prognosis by an orthpedist, I thought I faced a life of unrelenting pain. Dr Braun spends time explaining what he can do and giving hope. I recommend him unreservedly.

I've been seeing Dr. Braun for injections in my back and hips off and on since February 2009. He is the best! He takes time to talk with you prior to injections to ensure he will be treating the correct problem and he explains everything in detail. He is down to earth, relaxed and takes as much time as needed to answer your questions. During the injection procedure he is kind and caring and ensures you are comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Braun.

I was referred to Dr. Braun for a neck epidural. Dr. Braun spent time explaining the procedure, as well as the anatomy of my neck with a model which gave me a clear understanding and validated the pain I was experiencing. During the procedure, he was gentle and explained each step, which alleviated my anxiety. I have had two injections, and now take less ibuprofen and have resumed activity I had previously avoided. I would recommend Dr. Braun and his team. Caring and professional.

Dr Braun in the BEST. He communicates with you prior to the procedure and explains exactly what he is going to do. He talks to you thru the procedure to make sure you are alright. I highly recommend him for any type of pain injections you may need.

Very friendly staff! Dr. Bruan gives the patient time to ask any question they have and answers them them in easy to understand terms. He is also very good and reassurring in the procedure room!
