Doctor Mc Knight Jr is a very poor choice if you are looking for a doctor. He treated my brother who has autism very very poorly, and did not take his post Covid health concerns seriously at all. You should take all your patients seriously, and treating a person with autism so dismissively is shameful.

I always get in quickly and always treated well. He always keeps me informed about my healthcare and advises me about options.

He's not who he once was... I was one of his first patients years ago when he was on Pine. He was great then. Genuine, caring and listened. When he reopened his practice, I was so excited. It only took 3 visits to realize he is no longer genuine or caring and he seems to have lost all listening skills. Further, his office staff is worse and can't even carry on a simple phone conversation. Truthfully, it's sad to see how far down the rung he slid.

Dr. McKnight has always attended to me quickly and politely. He is always personable and takes his time making sure he has covered all issues. I have never encountered a problem with him or his staff.

McKnight "cares" for my elderly parents at a nursing home. They've had some acute health issues since arriving there over a month ago. Me and my siblings have requested a call with McKnight several times both through his office and the nursing home staff. It's been a month, and we're still waiting. It appears to me that McKnight's practice caring for all the patients in this nursing home is little more than a Medicare/Medicaid thing for him...

Went to him a lot of years. His staff never knows what they are doing. He really showed how unethical he really is on my last visit. Never saw him. Receptionist started rambling about my insurance. They had already taken my vitals and I was waiting in the room for him. Will never step foot in that office again. I am now seeing a fantastic doctor, and his entire staff is great.

I have never had a doctor with such utter lack of interest or concern for my wellbeing. I went in for several reasons but the main one being a five inch lump. He never even looked at it much less touched it. Never checked my bp nor listened to my heart. This is significant because I have a rare heart defect and I have never had a doctor not listen. He would not prescribe me anything for the pain regardless of the fact that I am allergic to all otc pain meds and can't see the surgeon for 3 weeks

Absolutely unprofessional and uneducated office staff. Horrible experience. Will report to my insurance company. Brought two other patients to him and now he has lost three patients. I guess he doesn't care how his staff runs the office.

Very personable doctor, takes time for you. Secretary (the older woman) very short on the phone, unwilling to help patients through confusion about insurance. Office location a little hard to find--it is tucked away so plan a couple minutes ahead.
