Wait time is over 1 hr after scheduled appt, and this is with NP’s. I’ve never seen Dr Provencio.

Horrible service! They schedule wrong appointments and don't apologize. Doctor does not even see you assistant is the one to see you.

I went there asking for an order to get x-rays done because I was told when I was younger that I could no longer get a TB test, and would need to get x-rays. They just checked my vitals and did not even check how I was doing or sent me for labs. I was charged $90 just for getting an x-ray prescription. I am never going back I do not recommend this place at all.

Dr Provencio has ZERO bedside manner. He doesn't know his long term patients. The patient has been working hard at losing weight and managing her diet for health reasons. After years of Hyper Tension her numbers are at goal, and others are only borderline after having been very high. Instead of reviewing past numbers and seeing progress...he destroyed her morale by only saying things like "deja el pan y dulces y bajar de peso" (stop eating bread and candies and lose weight). No attempt at asking what she has been doing that works, what level pain in she in (due to other issues) and working with her. Rude...and unfortunately he usually has medical students with him, teaching the wrong characteristics of the patients experience.

This Dr.'s name showed up in lab work I received from my Chiropractors office at Axis Chiropractic. Apparently there was a "group" allowed to use an office inside the Chriopractic office and they ran my labwork telling me it would cost me nothing since they called my insurance and it was fully covered. Come to find out almost a year later I am sent a bill for $650, they billed my insurance almost $25,000 and it was OUT OF NETWORK. I found out Dr. Mauro Provencio is the Dr. under whom this is being introduced, even though I never saw him, only his phlebotomist, Maria. I had to harass them to finally get my results which took FAR LONGER than they told me it would take. Maria laughingly told me I was fine when she finally gave them to me though when I took them to my doctor he saw some real reasons for concern and was furious that serious medical lab work would be handled in such an unprofessional manner.

Horrible Dr, don’t waste your time very unprofessional rude has no ethic!!

El servicio en su clinica es por lo general muy tardado... te piden que estes media hora antes y te atienden hasta dos horas despues de lo que estaba programado tu entrevista con el doctor Mauro Provencio.. y si por alguna razon te deseperas o tienes halgo que hacer y el tiempo no te permite esperar mas te cobran la cita aun que no te allan atendido... y se justifica diciendote entonces espere a que lo atiendan aun que pasen tres horas... vale la pena seguir con el ?

Terrible experience. Rude, sarcastic and insensitive. Won't be going back with him.

Very abrupt and frequently insensitive. I get in quickly but he can get very rude when he feels your wasting his time or asking questions he feels are unimportant or ignorant. Judgemental about sensitive topics and made me very uncomfortable

Dr. P. has been my PCP since Sept. of 2014. He is an amazing doctor, & if he feels as though the issue I am in tonsee him about is out of his scope of practice, he will refer me to someone who can. THIS is what a great doctor should do!! It is rare occasion that I have ever had to wait more than 15 mins past my scheduled appt. time. When this happens, it's because he's at the hospital making his rounds so we get the best care possible. His staff & ANP are the best& we're treated like family!

I saw Provencio after my prior PCP didnt accept my insurance. When I made my initial appointment it was a month out. After my first appointment it was two weeks. Sorry but what if it were urgent? Waiting time was 30-60 minutes for me... What's the point of an appointment? Didn't want to do anything about one of the diagnosis my prior PCP gave me, therefore no meds and I went back to the old ways I felt (no good). Customer service is terrible too. Can go on.. Looking for better PCP...

He is professional knowledgeable and respectful and his staff is friendly and helpful
