Staff is friendly but unorganized. Was transferring as a new patient, the NP asked for my medical recs and was told I would get a call the following week to discuss approval for medication from my insurance. Sent them right after my Appt and received an email confirming receipt. Following week, no call so I called and left a voicemail - never returned my call. Called again for an update - they asked if I sent my records and I said yes. Too much back and forth, if I call back after they leave a voicemail they can't recall leaving a message. Not impressed with how they run this clinic.

1st appt was a complete disaster & disappointment. The admin was unwelcoming & rude. I was scheduled to continue care here and they did not have my medical records despite almost having two weeks when booking my appointment through my insurance. I had been told from my insurance my appointment would be with Dr. Marico Lavigne but they actually scheduled me with a nurse practitioner & they did not disclose this to myself or my insurance prior to the appointment. Instead they made it known to me that the doctor often has patients waiting for up to 2 hours if they decide to wait despite having an appointment because he is on call for deliveries and is unreliable to patient appointments and if that’s not something I’m comfortable with that I should find another doctor to go with. The doctor does not do Sonograms they are outsourced to a different office and only done on Monday’s. Now I haven’t seen the actual doctor this is all interaction from the staff. My experience today was horrible!
