Simple Surgery
I had a cyst removed yesterday by Dr. Mo Heilbron. He was very accommodating with my concerns and assured me it would be easy. Five stitches later, I feel very confidant his expertise in surgery is something I can recommend to a friend or family member.

A skilled and knowleadgable surgeon. Kind and hospitable, Dr. Heilbron takes the time to listen with genuine concern. His upbeat attitude and attention to detail provides a trustworthy space to feel safe. His office manager Tresa, treated me with a warm respect and accommodated all of my needs in a timely manner. Dr. Heilbron Jr. offers a wide range of specialties from Botox to the most current treatments in vain rejuvenation. He takes pride in his work and it shows

Dr. MH did not express any sympathy nor considered my opinions at all. When I told him I was experiencing severe pain, his reply was “usually the ones that say they are in great pain are actually the ones who are experiencing the least pain.” This comment was not only offensive, but also ignorant. Any physician or healthcare providers should know that pain is WHAT THE PATIENT SAYS IT IS! He also deemed my condition as just a "common" occurrence when a second opinion at UCLA told me to go to ER
