Doctor Zelinka could care less about what YOU think, what YOU feel, or what YOU need. It's all about HER! SHE IS INSULTING AND RUDE.

I always see the Physicians Assistant, but this time Dr. zelinka slipped into my room unexpected. She was insulting and upsetting. She has the bedside manner of 'Mommy Dearest'. I am looking for a new PCP.

Office staff is unprofessional, rude, calls aren't answered or returned, wait times are over an hour, in over 2 years have never actually been seen by the doctor, only conversation with her she was extremely rude. Referrals and pre-authorizations are lost or ignored. They never review medical records before seeing patients. Always ordering unnecessary tests. Say they offer telehealth, but don't. This is an Office with multiple complaints.

I had absolutely no problems with this doctor.

Do not come here! Maureen Zelinka lies about everything and so does the staff!

It was so bad I hardly know where to begin! They would not accept my mobile insurance card and did not accept email nor had a printer and would offer any help to have it printed out. Thankfully there was a CPA office around the corner where I had it printed out for them to accept my appointment. I needed a referral and they said it took them too long to contact my insurance company and they were too busy. I had my insurance company contact them and they hung up on the poor person from Aetna! Aetna suggested I get another primary, so another $75 for another initial visit to a wonderful primary. A waste of time going to this uncaring and rude office. They just want your money and don't care about you at all!

My visit is for tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon.

Dr. Zelinka is rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. As Medical Director at PSL Nursing and Restorative care she provided very poor medical care and oversight. If you value your life, Find another Doctor!

I enjoy going to DR Zelinka they have taken very good care of me the staff there is wonderful I would recommend her highly

Misdiagnosed my illness. Rude and staff totally incompetent just like the doctor.

Horrible person. Having never met me before and not knowing my Mom’s situation or desires she immediately accused me of prolonging my Mom’s suffering for seeking radiation therapy for her cancer. I terminated any contact with her and switched physicians. Under new care, my Mom received radiation treatments and lived long enough to spend over 6 precious weeks with her new-born great-granddaughter.

I found she treats men better then women. One time you can see her and she is so kind and friendly the next time you see her she is cold and you feel as though your a bothering. I went to her office I was very sick She told her pa that was taken care Pof me there’s nothing wrong with her send home. Needless to say the next day I went to the ER and I ended in the hospital for ten days. Good thing I listen to my Inner self and went to the Er.

Dr Zelinka gave more attention to my son then to my health. She was rude and did not seem interested in hearing about my worries. Poor care and poor manners.

Dr Zelinka is awful and just plain rude. I went in because my blood pressure has been up. When Dr Zelinka walked in the room she said hi in the most insincere way possible while staring at the floor, not even my face. Then when I told her about my blood pressure she said she will be switching my medication to another one. I started asking questions about the new medication and she cut me off to say "let me be the doctor". All I was doing was asking questions about side effects. I will return!

I just read some of the reviews written here and admit that there is some truth to them. You may have to wait a while for your appointment. However, that means that if you need extra time, you get it. Dr Zelinka hears what you say, and says what you need to hear. Patients don't always listen, follow directions, or be truthful on what they are doing. I know for myself, sometimes I am in denial of the seriousness of my illness and she sticks by me. I think she is awesome.

Is this the state of medicine today? When scheduling a physical they don't tell you they will not do a physical until the second appointment. They put phony codes on the first appointment and I was left to pay the bill. Nice way to increase the profit so the patient pays in lieu of insurance. The physical was a pretty terrible experience too. The first time I have ever been left bleeding after an exam by a doctor. Do I need to say I won't be going back?

The wait time for a scheduled appointment is over an hour. When scheduling a physical they bill for a follow up first then have you come back for a physical it's an interesting billing concept. Nice way to increase a profit so the patient pays in lieu of insurance. The a/c works in the morning not the afternoon and the office usually smells of food being cooked in the microwave. Check your bill with your insurance company it's usually inaccurate. Beware manage your own health care if you go here

Quality of care has declined since I first began seeing this practice.

One of the worst Doctors I have been to. She didn't introduce herself to me and we were interrupted three times during the exam by staff knocking on door. When I informed Doctor that I was having some anxiety/depression issues, she said too bad, deal with it. Kind, understanding, empathetic, not at all. The two times that I went to office, I waited one hour to be seen.
