Offered Us The Illusion of Availability & Concern
Dr. Smithers is well credentialed, pleasant enough, & seemingly caring enough in person. FOR US IT ENDS THERE!!! After waiting months between visits, only to have an important visit canceled by her with short notice. Mind you, the date of said appointment, & all appointments for that matter, are dictated by her, certainly not us. This appointment cancellation was curiously during the summer vacation time. To ad insult-to-injury, with no apparent concern to rescheduled the appointment in a timely manner, an appointment three (3) months later was offered. When we do arrive at our morning appointment & are placed in one of her rooms, she becomes a Ghost we can hear in the hallways outside the room, but sadly, after having us wait for OVER three (3) hours in this room, to be only seen by her nurses doing their important, but only tertiary duties, she hadn't the decency or empathy to even stick-her-head-in to say hello, let alone apologize. #BadPatientExperience

Some terms I did not understand. She would try to help me understand, but some stuff just did not understand. Very nice and very smart I think.I am just not very smart.
