Had a great visit with Dr. Omarro
It was wonderful. My mom was treated like a Queen. They explaned every step of the way. it's like going to mcdonalds they mess up you order, but you still go back to them. The nurse should have ok'd what she told the above person. but she didn't so you can't put down the dr. just make sure it doesn't happen again. we need good dr's and there are few. Dr O'marro is a great one.

Worst Experience
My husband saw Dr. Omarro at her Litchfield office. Please never go here for care. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with a healthcare provider. His visit was rushed, only about 10 minutes. She said she was running late. After 6 weeks of calling, my husband finally got his MRI scheduled. It took 2 more weeks of calling to get results. Finally, a nurse called. She used frightening terminology with no explanations and said the next step would be to schedule a lumbar puncture. He came home from work a terrified wreck. No one called… for 7 weeks! In the meantime, we got a second opinion from 2nd.MD (wonderful company!). A neurologist looked at the MRI and took time to explain and answer questions. Turns out his sinuses are inflamed. So much fear and hassle (and money!) for nothing. When Dr. Omarro’s office finally called, my husband civilly explained why he was no longer a patient. The nurse was rude and sarcastic and hung up. So incredibly unprofessional. Please look elsewhere!

I spoke at length with Dr. Omarro's nurse about what accommodations I would need to return to work. My employer made decisions based on these recommendations. Later, Dr. Omarro said that she did not support these accommodations, but that was not communicated before I talked to my employer. If I can't trust that advice given by Dr. Omarro's nurse is something that Dr. Omarro would support, then how can I trust the care that I am receiving through Dr. Omarro's office?
