Lacks professionalism
My 5-year-old daughter had a wet cough since Thanksgiving, and we insisted on an appointment after being brushed off by the on call nurse two days prior. Upon arrival, the front staff demanded payment for a balance we’ve discussed with billing multiple times. Their manager, Maureen Barrigan, rudely confronted us in the waiting room in front of others as well as our five year old, literally shoving her laptop in our faces accusing us of non-payment. As we were getting in our vehicle Dr. Barrigan ran out of the office to track us down stating that she has just now verified that we did IN FACT MAKE PAYMENT. She then begged us to return, but we felt uncomfortable. The staff lacks professionalism and compassion.

Excellent Care
Dr. Berrigan is great with children. My son was sick and they got us in quickly and the staff were all so kind. We highly recommend her and Seaside Pediatrics.

Dr Berrigan is a wonderful doctor. She speaks to my daughter and listens to her. She also addresses any concerns or questions I have as the parent. Cannot say enough nice things about Dr Berrigan, she is phenomenal.

Dr Berrigan has a huge heart and is all around a great person! She is personable and awesome with children and will do anything in her power to ensure her patients are safe, very well taken care of, and get the treatment they need. We love her and even though we moved out of state, will always be advocated for her practice. If there were an iron for more than 5 stars she would certainly be there!
