permanent tube by Dr. Voorman
Was not impressed. He would not put the tube in in the office. Went to surgery for the tube, & he did not give me any antibiotic ear drops or med's & I got infection in my ear. bleeding. had to go to another ear doctor & he helped me. Dr. Voorman did not seem professional. Will not go back.

Super at diagnosing infection. First to do so in a decade of frustration. In final post surgical appointment, on reporting little improvement, told to just take an allergy pill. Felt like just another bull let out the chute. Never checked to see if it was gone. I know the answer.

Dr. Voorman treated my daughter for continuous ear infections by inserting tubes. He was friendly, professional and the op was done in a very short time. My daughter had no trouble during the recovery period and has been infection free ever since! What a lifesaver. Nice guy, good doctor.

I don’t feel like I was explained the procedure very well. I had to push to get answers for anything and had to make him explain everything to me rather than him willingly doing so. But when he did explain it to me I got a lot of detail. He acted as though he was in a rush just trying to get in and out as quick as possible. Which I understand. He’s a doctor. They’re busy people. But there are still ways to go about your appointments and making your patients feel like they are not burdens.

The absolute worst bed side etiquette of any medical professional i have ever met. He Does not explain things thoroughly at all. Did not make me feel cared for or cared about. Did not make me feel welcome and invited but instead treated me as a chore and then sent away with some stupid pamphlets as if that was going to solve my problem.Complete waste of time, money, and energy! Took me 4 weeks to even be able to be seen by him and he in fact did nothing for me or even tried to do anything for me
