Dr. Trovato took a unconfident woman and reshaped me to be beautiful in my own skin. His work and words were inspirational. His services are amazing and his work on me is perfect. His staff, Megan, Trina, and Annie are the best. I have had a remarkable procedure and the best care I could ask for. They listen and they pay attention to you. I now look at other services they can provide because they are simply trusting and they do what they say they are going to. I did my research and visited several surgeons. I went through 12 consultations and chose Dr. Trovato. He was excited and kept encouraging me. Not one bad experience. I am so happy to be working with the best staff and the best doctor!

I consulted with Dr. Trovato for a scar revision post my cancer surgery & his office has cancelled my procedure 3 times. Yesterday they called me 5 minutes before I get there to tell me once again he was busy & had an emergency once again. This is very upsetting as I had to cancel and rearrange my trips, work schedule, my husband’s schedule. The office manager (Trina?) didn’t even have a courtesy to call me to discuss this matter. They are extremely unprofessional & I would not recommend them.

I had surgery to reconstruct after a preventative mastectomy. I had problems from the beginning. On my follow up visits I did not see Dr Trovato, only his clinic staff. My concerns never really were addressed and I was left a mangled mess with a very poor self image. Please look else where for reconstruction.

I went to Dr. Trovato after two unsuccessful rhinoplasties, and I am really glad I did. I've had breathing issues for the longest time, and while my first 2 surgeries could not help, Dr. Trovato thought outside the box and I haven't had an issue since. There were also imperfections with my nose that I was concerned about cosmetically, which had occurred after the original surgeries, and he mastered a beautiful natural look that I am still amazed with today.

I went to Dr. Trovato for a consultation on potential Botox. Though I was nervous, he made me feel comfortable by time taking time to answer all my questions and discussed a conservative approach to the procedure. From the warm and inviting office to Dr. Trovato’s pleasant mannerisms, I could not have been more pleased with my experience. His work was meticulous, and I plan to come back!

Dr. Trovato is truly a master of his craft and I recommend him without reservation. I have been seeing him for years for injections and he is one of the most competent, honest, and thorough doctors I have ever encountered. I feel years younger every time he performs a procedure on me, yet it always looks completely natural and never overdone. To me, that is the mark of a truly brilliant plastic surgeon.

Dr. Trovato performed rhinoplasty on me a few years ago in Dallas and I also see him on a semi-regular basis for injections. Without question, there is no one else I would trust to perform any plastic surgery procedure. The result of my nose job was more beautiful and natural than I could have imagined. He thoughtfully considers what the patient asks for and offers his expert professional guidance. What I love most about him is that he does not go overboard – he listens to what you want but

Dr Trovato is an amazing plastic surgeon

I have been going to Dr. Trovato for about 3 years now. He is the most knowledgeable plastic surgeon I’ve seen. He is the top of his game. He is honest with procedures you need, and more importantly, those you don’t. I have never felt more comfortable with a plastic surgeon in my life. I trust him implicitly. He also has the most wonderful and soothing bedside manner. He puts his patients at complete ease. The office is run so well and you feel like a priority while there.

I have been seeing Dr Trovato for injections and peels for years. He is gentle and efficient and has placement like nobody else. His work makes you look incredibly natural..only better. He really listens to your concerns and is honest with what he recommends. He is truly a master. I would never use anybody but a plastic surgeon to do my injections and Dr Trovato is without question the best out there. My friends and I are extremely lucky we found him.

Dr. Trovato is simply the best! A brilliant and compassionate physician. My sister had an extensive procedure performed by him and the results were fantastic. I have had minor work done and he is always thoughtful, honest and I'm never disappointed in the results. He tells you upfront what will be the best course of treatment. He's a 5 star all the way!

I would NEVER take your child to this doctor. His is arrogant, rude, and treats you as if he knows your child better than you. We will NEVER again see him and will never refer him to anyone. He not only spoke down to me and cussed at me and told me he was the "best plastic surgeon" in Dallas, he spoke down to my husband when he was only asking simple questions. When your baby is going under the knife they should do everything to make you comfortable. He is a joke who is after money
