Very Impesonable
I went to him for about three years. He is not very personable. Speaks into his recording device throughout the examination session. Guess that's how he thinks you'll learn what's going on with your situation. Also, he had me do several tests in between visits at different specialists, labs, wearing a monitor, etc. He could not draw any conclusion on my issue so started having me do the same things over again. You know what they say about that.......

The worst experience with a doctor.Prescribed me new meds that my insurance didn't pay for $$$ blood pressure and also cholesterol the most expensive on the market.Send me for an ultrasound at the convenience of his office$$$ when back 2 weeks after for a stress test that never happened before he forgot to say I should be of the meds for the test I had a terrible reaction to the new meds and tried to call them for 2 weeks and never respond til 2 weeks later on Frid night after the office closed

Dr, Teltser doesn't tell you anything about your test results beyond saying "hum" as you ask him for details. He didn't pick up my heart murmur while listening to my heart but my primary doctor did. Constantly entering data into his computer makes no personal contact. Each time I visit him I have to tell him everything from scratch even as it is all in my chart. If he is a cardio specialist you would never know it by his total lack of feedback. Keep looking for a better doctor.
