I saw Dr. Tan for a follow up appointment 7 days following an appendectomy. Dr. Tan had horrible bed side manner. I am a 27 year old 5ft 3in female who weighs 145 pounds and when I asked Dr.Tan when to expect the bloating to go away, he shrugged and said "you are just chubby". He was not able to answer any of my questions/concerns and it seemed like he really didn't care about my well-being. After more extremely unprofessional and condescending comments, I left his office crying.

My first appt was May 19th for a possible left inguinal hernia. I had to push for an MRI. He wrote down the wrong contrast information (he wrote down PO contrast which is only used in CAT scans), then went out of town, causing my MRI appt to be pushed back. At the reading of my results (July 14th), he shrugged his shoulders, tried an extremely painful nerve block, chided me for reacting to it, and told me to find someone else. No referral, no help in any way. I'm still in pain with no help.
