Very good Dr but not dependable
Dr Stich was treating me for Glaucoma and when I called for an appointment I was told he took his things and left with no forwarding address. He did not return my phone calls. I moved out of state and the doctors here say I don’t have Glaucoma and would like my records which am unable to obtain. This is the second time he packed up and moved. Once from Woodbridge to Alexandria and now from Alexandria. It is very upsetting.

I recommended Dr Stich to a neighbor when I had to have eye surgery due to a large cut in my eye from an accident. He was great and did a fantastic job. I hadn't been to him on about a year, and my neighbor called to advise that he no-showed for one of her appts.. She said the staff at the location he had his office said he came in one day, took his equipment, and never returned. My neighbor's husband's eye doctor said he heard that Stich just took off like a bird and no one knows where he is.

After several months of evaluations with countless visits and prescription meds he never contact me back for my cataracts surgery. He told me he was going to call me to set the date. After a week passed, I called him several three in two weeks, but never got a call back. I even called My Eye Dr office and left a message. That was 10 days ago and no return call. Dr Stich does not uses an administrative assistance and relies to run the office all by himself, which creates coordinating issues l

I have to say, some people may be put off that Dr. Stich performs and treats his patients with no one other than himself. You are getting a concierge physician for free with Dr. Stich. I pay my primary care physician whom I used to see for free, $750 per year in addition to the insurance and my time spent with Dr. Stich is better and I don’t pay any concierge feed.

The only problem is Dr. Stich needs to hire office assistants, instead of doing all the work by himself.
