Dr. Matthew Soberano, DO

Brought my first daughter to CAA when she was younger to deal with allergy issue and it was great. And like before Dr. Soberano is equally knowledgeable and great with kids. Front office is a different story and is frustrating to deal with. I’ve been overcharged for both visits and have yet to see a credit although I was told I would weeks ago. My daughter had a 9:15am appointment and door was locked. Patients were knocking and other patients let them. Door remained locked and receptionist just got upset people were knocking but did not bother to unlock door. Basically doctor is great, reception is rude.

I like to Dr Soberano. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what was going on. Thank you for a wonderful visit today.

I have been having allergic reactions for months and it took quite a while to get an appointment through the VA. They referred me to Dr. Soberano. I felt assured after my visit because he seemed really convinced about what is going on. Not necessarily food allergies as I assumed. He ordered lab tests and I’m looking forward to getting a definitive answer. I liked his knowledge and he has a down to earth personality.

Got immediate appointment for a sick visit. Had tests and treatment. Wonderful bedside manner from Dr Soberano and nurses.

Friendly staff. Dr Soberano was personable and was careful to explain everything. Wendy was very helpful and so were the nurses

Seems knowledgeable but before I even finished a sentence he was already talking over me. I saw him for maybe 10-15 mins. And it seemed like he was trying to get in and out. Not much room for questions or concerns. I feel he was running based off of his own assumptions and key words he heard.

Knowledgeable and friendly! I felt very comfortable speaking with him.

The receptionist in that office was horrible. She was very rude, condescending and had a nasty attitude toward wards me. When I told her that I did not have my co-pay, she did not care. So when I came back with someone who helped me with my. Co-pay she was acting weird, as though I was nobody. She needs to have a serious attitude adjustment when dealing with low income patients, and not treat them as they are nothing! That is how she made me feel. I will never go back to that doctors office again! I will let Aetna, who is my insurance know of my experience!

Receptionist was very nice, was taken back timely, Dr. Soberano was promptly and reviewed my info and we to care of my issues and were done in no time flat.. Great visit.

His caring demeanor wants to help by listening to your issues and finds resolutions

Dr. Soberano examined me and reviewed my situation. Nurse performed breathing test. Doc also made sure my prescriptions were up to date. Well done.

His ability to genuinely listen is key. He didn’t pretend to know everything, but did offer strong options for improving my health.

He is definitely understanding and he doesn't rush you in your appt. Get you a doctor that cares. He's definitely one!!!
