Awesome!
Dr. Smith listened when x-rays did not show the total picture of what was wrong with my knee. He ordered the mri and was able to see much more damage and able to schedule me into surgery in less than a week. Surgery wasnt the only option he provided but was forthcoming about any and all treatments and listened to my concerns. I was terrified being my 1st surgery and their care team was great and I wound up being worried about nothing. In recovery now and hope to be back to self within a few weeks.

Worst Orthopedist I've Seen
Dr Smith does not like it when you ask questions or question his treatment plan. Takes weeks before staff gets back to you on the portal. When something is forward to Dr. Smith by his staff, he doesn't seem to care what your thoughts are. If you don't agree with it, he will not give you other options. You either do what he recommends or he's finished with you. He's real adiment about injections. He will not give you other options until you get one. The worst bedside manner I've ever encountered. If I could give a ZERO I would. Oh, and if you work in the Healthcare field and know your stuff, he doesn't care what you think is going on and will actually ignore you more.

First and foremost, Dr. Smith is an exceptional surgeon. Along with that, he makes sure all of your questions are answered, and is very caring and compassionate. He deserves more than 5 stars in my book!

Great surgeon. Answers your questions and explains everything so you will understand it. Great bed side manner. I told him that he needs to be just a Family Practice doctor. Would love to have a primary doctor like him. I can't say enough good things about him.

Dr smith helped not only get back into biking and soccer, but he knew that I needed to get back to work. I work a physically demanding job for the railroad , and was skeptical I'd be back at 100 percent within the time period . From a broken tibia and torn lateral and medial meniscus , to riding 10 miles a day and hitting spikes within a month and a half of surgery . Thanks dr smith!

Excellent doctor, very professional, great bedside manners, very good at what he does!! I had torn 3 of my 4 tendons off the hipbone in an accident and he was able to re-attach and I am back to walking, roller skating and doing the things I love. I can't thank you enough!!!! Highly recommended!!!

I love Dr. Smith. After being overlooked by orthopedics in the past, Dr Smith was able to figure out an actual solution to my long-term knee pain due to a genetic joint disorder. He did my surgery last year and I am doing great since. He always follows up and I will always go to him in the future. He can be difficult to get in to see, but he is well worth the wait. Strongly recommend him. He is a great surgeon.

Our son broke his elbow but after treatment was still in an immense amount of pain and his arm was healing crooked. We sought out 4 different doctors and they all said it was stable and healed and we needed to give it more time. It was so bad that our son's elbow would lock up and he would physically have to pop it back in place. Someone recommended Dr. Smith and he saw right away the elbow was still broken. Surgery and bone graft later, our son is doing amazing! Love Dr. Smith!!

Between Hips, Knees and Shoulders our whole family goes to Dr. Smith. He has done Hip surgery on my daughter and is possibly doing shoulder surgery for my husband. He is very nice, always explains everything, has great people working for him, follows up even if it's on his day off on a vacation. I highly recommend Dr. Smith .
