Best doc I’ve had yet
He listens to his patients and he actually took my pain and numbness as something worth doing something about. Everyone else said it was in my head or not possible. I recommend him highly.

Arrogant
He had my dad so full of drugs he was hallucinating and delirious. I asked him to take the medications off his chart. He refused. We had to stay there night and day to make sure he was not getting them. He would not listen. We had to move him to another hospital to detox him. I hope I never see him again!!!!!

Very unsatisfied.
I have been trying to call him about my mother's diagnosis 4 times and he has not got back to me. Every time I call his office and leave a message to call me back, I don't get a call. I think this is very unprofessional. A return call would at least have been nice, especially if it considers a stroke diagnosis.

No time or effort for my problem
Dr. Roller just didn't take the time or effort to try to solve my terrible dizziness. It wasn't popping out so he didn't dig and just dropped me as a patient. I would not recommend him. Obviously over his pay grade! Go elsewhere cuz he can't handle complicated cases.

Attentive and knowledgable
Dr. Roller is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He listens, asks questions, provides information regarding treatment options in an open, non-judgmental way. It is all too common to be told that managing stress and anxiety is the cure. He provides multiple options to deal with the chronic pain and discusses the many common triggers.

Both my sister and mother have been patients of Dr Roller. We have not felt that their concerns or issues where addressed during 1. ED admission or 2. During extended care for sister with a brain bleed which led to seizures. Have taken both patients to other medical facilities

I have seen this neurologist on two occasions and each time have been disappointed. He is a very rude. My health concerns were not heard and I was treated as if I was a hypochondriac. I wasted time and money seeing this arrogant doctor. After seeing a Mayo Clinic neurologist I finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan. I would not recommend this provider to my family, friend or any stranger; unless you like being treated poorly and disrespected

Dr. Roller is not bad. He's alright. Spent a good amount of time examining and listening to me. HOWEVER, the office staff are truly #1 at being the worst. I was given an appointment with him right after an ER visit. A few months later I kept having problems with my medicine. I called his office to book an appointment and they said there was nothing available for 4 months. 4 MONTHS. In Grand Forks, ND. Not a single hour available. Those people are awful.
