Dr. Rennels listens to your concerns and takes the time to respond to your questions regarding any issues you might have. He offers options for addressing issues and is willing to find the best solution to any concern. He has never tried to hurry me and explains things thoroughly.

Dr. Rennels was very friendly during my visits. I ask him would he see my mom who has dementia as a patient. He agreed. I took her to her appointment & we arrived 8 minutes late due to the nature of her illness & construction I was unaware of. When we arrived the staff told us the system was down & we were past the grace period of 15 minutes. I explained that I had a hard time getting my mom out of the house & about the unforeseen construction but we weren't 15 minutes late. The staff member went to get another staff member who I explained the situation to as well. She said it didn't matter about the grace period late is late. While this was going on my mom was getting upset. I asked to speak to Dr. Rennels. They said he refused to talk to me. The staff told my mom to either reschedule or find another doctor. I told them if you can treat a lady with dementia like this I need to find another dr too. I then received a letter stating I could no longer be a patient. Very unprofessional.

After my former primary care physician retired, I had to find a new doctor. I really didn't know of any others, but someone I know said they knew someone who had Dr. Rennels as his doctor and liked him. I thought I'd give him a try. Glad I did. Dr. Rennels and staff are friendly and thorough. He takes his time to make sure any questions I have are answered and his answers understood. I'm happy with him and would recommend him.
