Loss of Great doctor
My husband had Dr Morton for many years before Matt left Wellstar and went to Piedmont Atlanta. I am like a lot of his former patients LOOKING FOR HIM. He is at Piedmont Atlanta yet the only way to see him is thru the EMERGENCY room.

Caring and thorough
He listened, spent much more time with me than I’m sure he had, did some research in follow up and called me after my discharge from the ER with some very reassuring incremental information. One of the best drs at Piedmont I have experienced, and there are a lot of outstanding drs there. Top notch care.

awesome Neurologist
Dr. Morton gained control of my migraine headaches. He listens and offers a variety of options, not just medications. I have been able to utilize needling and a change in the medication and can now go long periods without headaches. Its wonderful!!

I love Dr. Morton! He’s wonderful and, by far, the best doctor I’ve seen. He listens and takes his time explaining symptoms and treatment plans. He’s not dismissive and he was the first doctor to take me seriously, to believe me, and to tell me so. Then he told me we’d figure out how to move forward. I went undiagnosed with a SCI for 1.5 years post-MVA. He was the one who took the time to listen & to really hear me. That said, I’m just trying to find him, as he’s no longer with Wellstar and they won’t tell me where he went. Does anyone know? I’ve tried calling all other local hospitals, including Emory, where he did his residency to see if they knew. I’m overdue for my regular appointment and I don’t want to see anyone else.
