Staff is rude on the phone...
Staff is snotty and unhelpful and VERY Rude. Not what patients with SERIOUS medical needs should have to put up with. Do yourself a favor and go to Louisville. 1st contact should be (0) stars.....

Thorough efficient and no nonsense.
Third time with him. Is as the title suggests he is thorough efficient and no-nonsense. He doe not chit-chat but gets down to business. He is very reserved and could improve his communication skills but, we are not all perfect and he gets the job done. I have recommended him and will see him in three years.

Dr. McCollough performed my colonoscopy. The staff at PMC Regional Hospital was A1. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. McCollough spoke with me after procedure, provided information on what he found and future expectations.

Dr McCulloch performed my colonoscopy. I went to him after having ten years of debilitating bowel issues. He did not come out and speak to me after the colonoscopy. I guess he was too busy. At my follow up, I had many questions. He did not have any answers for me. I am still in the dark about my condition. I sat in a room with this doctor, and I really don’t think he had any idea why I was there. The person who drove me to the procedure was given some pictures, and a prescription for me. I wasn’t told anything about what it was for. I met with my primary care physician who told me what it was, and that it was a treatment for ibs. Seriously. I am a cancer survivor, and was barely able to hold a job due to these problems. I don’t think he even read my chart.

I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. McCollough. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at 17 years old. Dr. McCollough was the first doctor to listen to me and truly care about every thing I have to say. He does not brush off any symptoms and is truly a wonderful doctor.

He's very caring and tried his best to make the best possible decisions for the patient and family on whatever is going on at that time. Some people jump to conclusions thinking he's not doing what he should, I was that way at one point but knowing after 5 years what I do know he is a great doctor. Doesn't put you thru a lot of unnecessary testing unless medically necessary. Sometimes a bit frustrating but at the same time he does what medically needs to be done.

I went to this doctor because he was highly rated on this website. He ordered bloodwork and said I would be contacted in a few days. I never heard from them so I called. Left messages with the nurses etc. Its been a couple of weeks now and I still haven't heard back. Lousy Doctor if you ask me.
