This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. This office staff is extremely unprofessional. I have never witnessed such disorganization. I advise proceeding with extreme caution if you plan on using Dr. Lynch. Good luck even getting in touch with Theresa or Rosemarie. If you call the office, you receive the voicemail, which proceeds to tell you that their 'mailbox is full, and they are not accepting messages.' After reading Google reviews, it seems as if this is the new normal for this office. I do not know how anyone can run a competent office this way.

One star is TOO MUCH!
If I could give this office zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience ever. It is a shame that a doctor of this caliber has a staff like he does. No one calls you back. You cannot leave a message because their “voicemail is full.” There is zero communication. I can go on and on about my terrible experience. From reading Google, it seems like this is typical behavior.

Exceptional Doctor
Dr Lynch is as kind, compassionate and respectful as much as he is an excellent surgeon. He and my breast surgeon worked so well together I felt at ease from day 1. He has an incredible attention to detail and cares deeply about the patient and the results. He’s comforting and caring and made himself available whenever I needed an appointment to have him check to make sure I didn’t hurt anything as I went back to doing activities. His Nurse Rosemary’s dedication to patient care is simply admirable. I was able to call with any little issue I thought I had and if not immediately available, she called back promptly to ensure my mind was at ease. They both answered a plethora of questions at every stage of the reconstruction process. Theresa always welcomed us with a smile. My biggest fear was having complications - I had none. I’m so thrilled with my results. I could not have asked for a better outcome! Overall excellent experience and I highly recommend Dr Lynch.

I was diagnosed with left breast cancer and needed a mastectomy. Dr Lynch worked with my other breast surgeon as a team and came up with a plan specifically for me so that I would have the best long term outcome. Dr Lynch did my breast reconstruction post mastectomy and I am very happy with the results. I feel that I got the best care possible. He has excellent credentials and training and it shows in his work. Rosemary his assistant is very committed to her work and her patients and I felt very comfortable asking her questions. The office was very accommodating to me about appointments and Theresa was always available if I had any questions.

I had a breast reduction about a week ago and I can not even tell you how happy I am! The staff was absolutely amazing! They fought for the insurance to cover the surgery and even fit me in before I started my new insurance so they didn’t have to try and fight again to get it approved! He worked with the insurance company since I was out of network so the cost would not be astronomical to me. Everyone was extremely professional and they genuinely care about the patients. The dr listened to what I wanted and understood as well as gave me realistic expectations. I should have done this surgery years ago. My expectations were blown away and I can’t wait to see the final results once I am healed.

Dr. Lynch took great care of me and so did his staff after a surprise diagnosis. He made sure I understood my options and the proposed treatment. His surgical assistant went above and beyond to ensure that I knew what to do at home and followed up with me late at night and on weekends.

Dr. Lynch and Rosemarie are compassionate, sensitive and kind. They are everything you need your medical team to be when undergoing reconstructive breast surgery. Dr. Lynch explained my various options in great detail and would go over our questions and give us actual facts. I'm glad that he was honest about the pain and other complications that may follow. I am thankful to all of them for the care I was given before my treatment began, during and after.

Dr. Lynch, Rosemary and Theresa are an amazing team. Dr. Lynch did my reconstruction after my double mastectomy. He did an amazing job. When I had my pre-surgery sit down, Dr. Lynch explained everything in great detail and in a way that was easy to understand. After my surgery, Dr. Lynch and Rosemary told me if I had any questions or concerns to call (Rosemary's cell). I did have a concern and called Rosemary on Saturday, she had me send a picture. She assured me that it was probably nothing. Sunday morning I got a call from Dr. Lynch telling me he would come to my home and take a look. He came and all was well. Now that is a person that is dedicated to his profession. I think the world of Dr. Lynch, Rosemary and Theresa. They are wonderful! I was never afraid thanks to them. Thanks Sandy Hendery

Dr Lynch and Rosemary are dedicated healthcare providers who always put the patient first. They are available, accessible, knowledgeable, and professional. They are shining stars in an industry where patients often make life decisions based on a brief consultation. Without a doubt, I made the right choice and would do so again without hesitation. I felt like I was their only patient. My thanks to Dr Lynch, Rosemary, Theresa, Donna, and the surgical staff, for their continuing support and care.

Dr. Lynch and his team are the BEST! Him and his staff take so much time to explain things. He is professional and straight forward. And his nurse Rosemary is compassionate but tough, and doesn't let you get in your own way. If you can utilize their in house surgical center, I highly recommend it. Donna, Liz, and the rest of the team are amazing.

Dr. Lynch and his capable, compassionate team are indeed something special! After three separate cancer incidences spanning a thirteen year period I was more than defeated by my inability to have reconstructive surgery. After a consultation I decided on the recommended procedure and have had great results. I am far more comfortable in my garments and my range of arm motion is definitely improved. The Doctor, his entire staff, the facility are a rare find and I highly recommend them.
